Mindful Self-Compassion and Coaching Support for Caregivers
At some point in life, each of us becomes a caregiver.
Some care for their grandparents or aging parents.
Some support a partner, a friend - or themselves, while navigating life’s transitions.
The majority of elder and patient care is carried by family members - most often women, but increasingly young people who wish to help their loved ones. Alongside them are professional caregivers who provide daily support to others, often without enough space to restore their own strength.
This kind of care, though deeply valuable, often happens in silence. Behind it stand fatigue, a sense of responsibility, and emotional exhaustion.
This project was born from the desire to make this invisible care seen, understood, and supported.
The goal of this project is to offer both family and professional caregivers a space for rest and growth - a place where they can learn how to care for themselves while caring for others.
Through a combination of mindfulness (conscious presence), self-compassion, and coaching dialogue, participants learn how to stay present, kind, and resilient - even in challenging situations.
It’s not about caring more - it’s about caring wiser, with presence and a gentle heart.
The program is conducted in small groups, helping caregivers build inner stability and emotional strength - essential for providing long-term, compassionate care without burnout.
Care begins with presence.
When we learn to be gentle with ourselves, we can truly care for others.
