The subscription is charged only after you fill out the questionnaire and receive a list of caregivers that match the needs of the elderly.

In what currency is payment made on NANA Prime platforms?

All payments on the NANA Prime platform are processed exclusively in euros (EUR), via the secure Stripe payment system. The prices on our website for Serbia are also shown informatively in dinars (RSD) for your convenience.

Is payment on the NANA Prime platform safe?

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a globally recognized and leading online payment processing system, which implements the highest security standards (PCI DSS compliance) to protect your financial data. Your card information is encrypted and is not stored on our servers.

What happens if I want to cancel or change the service after payments?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to cancel or change the agreed service, please contact us as soon as possible via mail. Our team will walk you through the process of refunding or customizing the service, in accordance with our Terms of Use and we always try to find the best solution for you.

Why payment is calculated in euros?

Payments on the NANA Prime platform are processed in euros (EUR) because our company is registered in Finland, a member of the European Union, which allows us to operate globally and comply with European financial standards.
