How does the NANA Prime Platform work?
NANA Prime connects you with vetted caregivers and elderly assistants in your city. You send us a request, and our platform finds the person who best fits your family's needs.
Can I ask for help for services other than home care?
Yes. Through our "Click to help" form, you can also request help in finding a doctor, nurse, nursing home, rehabilitation center, and other specialized services.
Does NANA Prime employ caregivers?
No. NANA Prime is a digital platform, web portal that only verifies caregivers who need the job. We do not recruit directly, but enable secure connections with service providers.
How do I know that the caregivers on the platform are trustworthy?
All profiles go through a three-step verification process that includes: document check, personal interview with the coordinator, and reference check. We regularly monitor user ratings and comments.
What to do if I am not satisfied with the chosen caregiver?
Our contact center and coordinators are at your disposal. If the service does not meet expectations, we
help you find an adequate replacement quickly and efficiently.
How to pay for services?
You pay a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription through our platform. The care service itself is paid
directly to the caregiver, according to your agreement.
Can I use the platform if I'm not from Belgrade?
Yes! But keep in mind that we just launched our platform and that we will need some time to find caregivers from all over Serbia. If there are no available caregivers in your region, please send us a message and we will try to find you one as soon as possible.
Is my data safe on the platform?
Absolutely. We comply with all GDPR guidelines and use security protocols to protect your privacy and
data.
