Is payment on the NANA Prime platform safe?

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a globally recognized and leading online payment processing system, which implements the highest security standards (PCI DSS compliance) to protect your financial data. Your card information is encrypted and is not stored on our servers.

Does the package renew automatically?

It depends on the country. In Serbia, no: you pay once and the package lasts one month (Monthly package) or three months (3-month package). When it ends, the service stops with no further charges. In Finland, Basic and Premium are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

What happens if I want to cancel or change the service after payments?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to cancel or change the agreed service, please contact us as soon as possible via mail. Our team will walk you through the process of refunding or customizing the service, in accordance with our Terms of Use and we always try to find the best solution for you.

Pricing

This section is dedicated to our customers and shows transparent fees for using the NANA Prime platform. We believe in a fair and clear approach, and we have adjusted the prices to provide you with optimal support. We would like to point out that for all our caregivers, using the platform is currently completely free, without any obligations or hidden costs.
The package is charged only after you fill out the questionnaire and receive a list of caregivers that match the needs of the elderly.
Pricing depends on where you need care: in Serbia you pay once for a one-month or three-month package, with no automatic renewal, and in Finland it is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time.

The price depends on the type of help, the number of hours and the schedule. For occasional help, it is usually around 1,000 RSD per hour. For 24-hour care, it is usually around 7,000 RSD per day.
