This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on nanaprime.com and on the app.nanaprime.com platform, why we use them, and how you can manage your choice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to make the site work, to remember your settings and, with your consent, to help us understand how the site is used and measure how our campaigns perform.
Alongside cookies we also use the browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy both are referred to as "cookies".
Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent, because the site cannot work without them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the service you requested.
All other categories — analytics, session recording and marketing — are set only on the basis of your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Consent is voluntary. You may refuse it or withdraw it at any time, with no effect on your use of the site.

Session recording
Microsoft Clarity records your interactions with the page — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — and replays them so we can find usability problems. Input into form fields is masked.
Session recording is not used on the app.nanaprime.com platform.

How to change or withdraw your choice
Every page has a "Cookie settings" link in the footer. It reopens the same window you saw on your first visit, where you can switch each category on or off individually.
The change takes effect immediately, without reloading the page. If you withdraw consent we stop collecting data in that category, but cookies already stored remain on your device until you delete them through your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the site from working properly.
Site and platform
Your choice applies to both nanaprime.com and app.nanaprime.com. If you have decided in one place, we will not ask again in the other.
Third parties and data transfers
Cookies in the categories that require consent are set by the following providers: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta and LinkedIn.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. For users in the European Union the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
For users in the Republic of Serbia that framework does not apply, so the transfer relies on your explicit consent. Please note that countries outside the European Economic Area may offer a lower level of data protection, and that exercising your rights may in some cases be more difficult.
If you do not consent to analytics or marketing cookies, no such transfer takes place.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a tool. If a change affects the purpose of processing or introduces a new category, we will ask for your consent again.
