In Europe, and especially in Finland, the shortage of qualified caregivers is growing. We know how important it is for older adults to receive professional, reliable, and compassionate care – and this is where NANA Academy comes in.
Our mission is to meet this challenge by preparing caregivers who are ready to work in Finland and other European countries. Through tailored training programs, our participants gain everything they need to work successfully and professionally:
