1. Quickly create a request – The first step to help

On the platform's homepage, you will find a simple inquiry form, which is the first step in connecting with the right caregiver.

You will need to enter some basic information:

  • Name and surname
  • Contact (phone number or e-mail)
  • Location where care is needed
  • Type of assistance required (e.g., in-home help for the elderly, care for immobile individuals, support for people with dementia, etc.)
  • Preferred time of day and days of the week for the assistance

After you fill out the form, a list of available caregivers and home attendants who can meet the needs of the elderly person will appear.

2. Connecting with caregivers

Once you find a suitable caregiver, and before you contact them, you will be given the option to choose the package that suits you best. We offer three packages—monthly, quarterly, and annual. All three packages include the same service, just for different duration.

If you choose the monthly package, you will have help, support, and the option for a replacement for one month. If you choose the quarterly package, our help, contact center, and advisory services will be available for three months. If you opt for the annual package, the full service will last for one year.

You are paying for the use of the platform, while the price of the service and payment method are determined between you and the caregiver.

3. Direct contact and arrangement

When you select the package that works best for you, you will be able to contact the caregiver. You will arrange the exact hours and all other details directly with them.

It is important to note that all caregivers on the platform go through our internal verification process, which includes:

  • Identity and experience check
