NANA Prime did not emerge from a void. It came from the work, dedication, and knowledge that have been built for more than a decade through the NANA Agency - a family business that has been operating in the Serbian market for 16 years, providing care for the elderly through dedicated and vetted home attendants.

Our agency was not just a middleman; it was a shoulder to lean on for many families who sought help, understanding, care, and security for their parents and grandparents. Through these stories, we realized that many people face the same dilemma: how to find a caregiver you can trust - quickly, safely, and without stress?

It was from this need that the idea to simplify and digitize this entire search was born. That is how NANA Prime came to be.

The platform connects families with reliable caregivers in a simple, fast, and transparent way. A user fills out an inquiry form in the app, and based on their location, needs, and availability, the platform offers the best caregivers in their area. When the client chooses a suitable caregiver, they get in touch with them directly.

All caregivers on the platform have passed our screening process, which means they are experienced and verified by our team. This is how we build a community of trust - a family of people who understand how important good, gentle care is in old age.
