Dunja Vučković
I grew up surrounded by my grandparents, from whom I learned true values—patience, kindness, and respect. Inspired by their warmth and guided by a family legacy through NANA Agency, which has been providing elderly care in Serbia for over 16 years, I decided to take a step into the future.
About me
I graduated in Film and Television Production from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, followed by a Master’s degree in Project Management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. For ten years, I worked in the production and realization of various audiovisual content—ranging from films, series, and commercials to theater performances and festivals. I managed teams delivering content for American, Indian, and European markets, while also being active in the local scene.
In 2019, I left production to join my family business, NANA Agency, which I run together with my mother. Early on, I recognized that this sector was underdeveloped and saw an opportunity for growth and improvement.
With experience in management and a deep understanding of the needs of elderly individuals and their families, in 2025, I launched NANA Prime—a digital platform connecting trusted caregivers with those who need help the most. Our mission is clear: to make quality, safe, and compassionate care accessible to every family with just one click.
